Orin Swift Wine Dinner Ticket

Enjoy a wonderful evening sampling the Orin Swift Family of wines paired with an amazing menu prepared by Chef Nelson.

Wednesday, February 11, 6:00 PM. Come try our Orin Swift wine dinner from renowned wine maker David Phinney. There will be lots of wine to taste, stationary appetizers to pair with the wines and a paired dinner prepared by our own executive chef Nelson. This is sure to be a great event and well worth the $95/person ticket price for the evening (includes tax and gratuity).


First Course

Sweet Corn fritter

A crisp, golden corn fritter finished with silky lemon aioli, set over fresh microgreens and shaved radish for brightness and balance

paired with Blank Stare Sauvignon Blanc



Second Course

French Onion Soup

slow cooked caramelized onions simmered to deep, savory richness in beef broth, crowned with a gruyere cheese & croutons for classic comfort and depth

paired with Advice from John Merlot



Third Course

Braised Short Rib

fork tender short rib slow braised in red wine, served with a smooth potato leek puree, buttered haricots verts, baby carrots and a glossy red wine au jus

paired with Abstract Red Blend



Fourth Course

Chocolate Espresso Torte

a rich chocolate torte infused with espresso, finished with shaved chocolate and a delicate chocolate drizzle

paired with Sign of the Times Red Blend
